I thought I’d experiment around with different berries/fruits and ingredients as you do in hot summer weather and ended up making this purple berry smoothie – it’s very refreshing, healthy and easy to make! All you need is:
A handful of blueberries
A handful of blackberries
2 large spoons of Greek yoghurt, or plain if you prefer
Half a cup of milk (use less if you want a thicker consistency)
(Optional) A tablespoon of mixed fruit/seeds – I just used a sachet of mixed dry banana, dates and seeds from Tesco: https://www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=290596363
Simply wash and then mix everything in a blender thoroughly (cut the banana into smaller pieces), serve and enjoy!
